Who We Are: Student Labor Positions

Overview

All Berea College students are required to work at least 10 hours a week in various campus departments in the Labor Program. The College’s Workplace Expectations for all employees and labor students articulate Berea’s mission and values in the workplace, and they include an expectation to “encourage mindful and sustainable living” by “promoting a sustainable way of life through policies, procedures and practices in the workplace.”
